‘AstroDevam.com’ and its associated persons/ organizations (hereinafter called ‘AstroDevam’) believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the processing of orders.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the ‘Services’ category of our site.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the ‘AstroDevam’ marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Sankranti, Diwali, Navaratri etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
‘AstroDevam’ does not accept cancellation requests for items, which undergo Energizing/ Programming Process to enhance their effect, before being sent to our esteemed clients.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Helpline. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
While submitting your cancellation requests, please always quote your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us clearly why you’re cancelling the orders.
In all cases of cancellation of orders, Refunds are processed within 21 days period.

Shipping & Delivery of Our Products
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered primarily through International speed post and in some cases through registered international courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days after payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, unless they are required to undergo Energizing/ Programming Process to enhance their effect, before being sent to our esteemed clients. ‘AstroDevam’ is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Our esteemed members have the facility of registration of multiple addresses with us. Some of our services, e.g. Yagya, require their specific performance, the dates of which are intimated after their fixation. These complimentary products are delivered only after performance of specific service.Calculation of Shipping/ Delivery/ Postage/ Courier Charges
Keeping in view the extraordinary high variety of products with us, which have no uniformity of weight or size, we charge shipping/ delivery/ postage/ courier charges on presumptive basis. These charges are uniform across all the products and have no correlation with weight or size of the products shipped; or the distance at which the products are to be delivered. However, the delivery charges are calculated on the actual basis, when bulk orders are placed in a single category of product.
